All orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. We offer fast, FREE Express Shipping, with estimated delivery within 5–12 business days after payment is confirmed, including processing time.

Delivery times are estimates. If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us as soon as possible. We may not be able to stop an order once processing or shipping has begun. Your 30-day money-back guarantee after delivery is unaffected.

6. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

We proudly offer a 30-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee from delivery. You can open and try your Fullora. Sale and discounted purchases are covered, and original packaging is not required. If the size, quality or experience is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return for a full refund. You do not need to give a reason.

Order cancellations: Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Processing or shipping may already have begun, but this does not affect your 30-day money-back guarantee after delivery.

11. Errors & Corrections

Occasionally, product information or pricing may contain typographical errors. We reserve the right to correct, update, or cancel orders if such errors occur.
