You can open and try your Fullora. It does not need to be unused, and original packaging is not required. The guarantee applies to sale and discounted purchases too. If the size, quality or experience isn't right for you, you're covered—you don't need to give a reason.

Perfect Shade Guarantee — free shade exchanges

If your Fullora Hairline Perfector shade is not a match, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the shade received. We will send a replacement shade free of charge. No return is required for a shade exchange.

How to start a return

1. Email officalglowsketch@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, or the email address used for your order, so we can find your purchase.
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label and return instructions. Please contact us before sending anything back so it reaches the correct return address.
3. Return the product using the provided instructions. We'll issue a full refund of the amount you paid for the returned product to your original payment method.

No explanation, product photo or original packaging is required to use the money-back guarantee.

Refund timing

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive your return. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. If you haven't received it within 15 business days after processing, contact us and we'll help.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us so we can help with a replacement or refund. You do not need to keep a product you are unhappy with.

Cancellations and delivery

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We may not be able to stop an order once processing or shipping has begun. This does not affect your 30-day money-back guarantee after delivery.

Delivery dates are estimates. If your order is delayed or missing, please contact us for help. If it arrives later than you hoped and you no longer want it, you can use the same 30-day return guarantee from the date of delivery.
